Our 2007 Memorial Tribute will be led by Bob Weiland, also known as “Mr. Inspiration,” one of America’s modern heroes. While trying to rescue a fellow soldier in Vietnam, Bob lost his legs to a landmine and was announced DOA: “Dead On Arrival.” But for over thirty years, Weiland has beat all obstacles to be unbelievably AOA: “Alive On Arrival” for audiences around the world!

Bob’s is an unforgettable story of hope, commitment, and the power of one man’s determination to help others and defy limitation! Weiland lives and breathes what he speaks, whether walking across America on his hands to raise money for the hungry and homeless, or competing with and defeating “fully abled” men in triathlon and athletic bouts! He will leave you asking: “What’s my excuse?”
